- We believe that success should be the focus of our partnership. We have designed our fee structure to reflect that.
- We work on a success-fee basis for positions with a base salary of $250,000 USD and above. This greatly mitigates financial risk and places a strong emphasis on results.
- We understand the urgency of executive searches and present the initial slate of candidates within one week.
