We utilize proprietary search algorithms, and Big Data to identify and attract the best candidates worldwide. We reduce traditional barriers to entry for candidates, making it easier for them to explore opportunities before formally committing. This allows us to effectively attract coveted passive, diverse, and geographically disperse candidates that tend to be outside of the network of traditional search firms
We believe that success should be the focus of our partnership. We have designed our fee structure to reflect that. We work on a success-fee basis for positions with a base salary of $250,000 USD and above. This approach greatly mitigates financial risk for our clients and places a strong emphasis on results. We understand the urgency of executive searches and present the initial slate of candidates within one week.

We have a briefing with companies seeking to acquire other businesses to understand and define what companies would be of interest.

We systematically approach targets to gauge interest in a potential acquisition, divestment, carve out, etc. The identity of our client remains anonymous.
