How does our M&A Solution Work?

THE PROCESS IS SIMPLE
STEP 1. If a company is looking to acquire other businesses, we have a briefing with them to understand and define what companies would be of interest (industry sector, geography, size, scale etc)
 
STEP 2. Using the algorithms we have been developing for the last 15 years, we identify not only potential acquisition targets (including any companies of interest that have already been identified by our client), but also the key decision makers within those organisations (Owners, CEO’s, Heads of M&A etc).
 
STEP 3 .We systematically approach those individuals and evaluate whether they would be interested in having an exploratory conversation about a potential acquisition / divestment / carve out etc, while keeping the identity of the acquiring party anonymous.
 
STEP 4. We engage with interested parties to evaluate their level of interest / offering, passing all information back to our client who can then decide whether to continue conversations. If they are interested, we connect the two to begin initial discussions.
 
STEP 5. We maintain a watching brief on the process, assisting and enabling further conversations / negotiations throughout the process, and in the event that a deal is signed, we charge a finders fee to the acquiring company for our service. If no deal results from the work we undertake, our service is free of charge.

The biggest challenge facing firms looking to acquire is the identification and initial contact with potential acquisitions, and this methodology is highly effective in producing multiple qualified leads within a short period of time, entirely confidentially with no financial risk.
